yes. your safety and comfort are our highest priorities throughout the retreat.
hunza is widely known as one of the safest and most welcoming regions in pakistan, with a long-standing reputation for its peaceful communities and warm hospitality. from the moment you arrive, you'll be supported by our team, trusted local partners and experienced guides, with all transport and logistics carefully planned for you.
many of our guests arrive feeling uncertain about travelling to pakistan, but leave saying they felt safer, more welcomed and more at ease than they ever expected.

your retreat includes accommodation, all meals, airport transfers within the itinerary, guided experiences, yoga, breathwork, sound healing, workshops and activities, and all local transport during the retreat.
flights and travel insurance are not included.

a moderate level of fitness is helpful, but you don't need to be an experienced hiker. activities are designed to be enjoyable and accessible, with plenty of time to rest and take in the surroundings.

our yoga sessions are gentle and suitable for all experience levels. the focus is on mindful movement, breath and presence rather than challenging poses.

all road transfers are arranged with experienced, trusted local drivers who know the mountain roads exceptionally well. journeys are carefully planned around weather and road conditions, and we only travel when it is safe to do so.
the drive between skardu and hunza is incredibly scenic, with regular comfort stops along the way, making it an enjoyable part of the experience rather than simply a transfer.

our team is with you every step of the journey and is prepared to respond quickly should any unexpected situation arise. we have access to local medical facilities, trusted healthcare providers and emergency services if needed, and we'll support you with any arrangements and communication throughout.
we also recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance before travelling for added peace of mind.

most accommodation and cafés in hunza offer wifi, and mobile signal is available in many areas throughout the valley. however, some locations during hikes or excursions may have limited reception, giving you the opportunity to fully disconnect and be present in the experience.

if you hold a nicop, you do not need a visa to enter pakistan.
if you don't have a nicop, you'll most likely need to apply for a visa before travelling. don't worry—we'll guide you through the process and provide an official invitation letter to support your application, along with any information you may need.

our retreats are designed for adults aged 18 and over. guests of all ages are welcome, provided they're comfortable with gentle walking, light hiking and spending time in the mountains.

that's absolutely fine. no previous experience is needed. every session is guided at a gentle pace and you are always encouraged to participate in a way that feels comfortable for you.

we intentionally keep our groups small to create a more personal, supportive and meaningful experience, allowing everyone to feel connected throughout the journey. the group size won’t be anymore than 15.

absolutely. many guests travel together, while others join on their own. everyone has their own private accommodation unless travelling together and requesting to share.
